जयपुर में दी एज्युकेशन कमेटी ऑव दी माहेश्वरी समाज सोसायटी के अन्तर्गत छात्राओं के लिये माहेश्वरी कॉलेज ऑव कॉमर्स एण्ड आर्ट्स के नाम से सेक्टर-5 विस्तार, प्रताप नगर, टोंक रोड़ जयपुर में 13 जुलाई 2010 के दिन कॉलेज का विधिवत लोकार्पण हुआ | यह महाविधालय अंग्रेजी माध्यम एवं छात्राओं को आधुनिक एवं परम्परागत जीवन एवं समाज मूल्यों के साथ उच्च शिक्षा देने का लक्ष्य है | महाविद्यालय में कॉमर्स एण्ड आर्ट्स संकाय के साथ बी.बी.ए. संकाय सत्र 2011-2012 से प्रारम्भ किया गया है | जिसकी राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय से मान्यता प्राप्त कि गई | सत्र 2013-14 से राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय से स्कानोत्तर में कॉमर्स एण्ड आर्ट्स संकाय की मान्यता प्राप्त कर कॉलेज में एम. ए. एवं एम. कॉम की कक्षायें प्रारंभ की गई | कॉलेज में वर्धमान महावीर खुला विश्वविद्यालय, कोटा के द्वारा स्टडी सेन्टर लिया गया है | कॉलेज द्वारा विश्व की सुप्रसिद्ध केम्ब्रिज विश्वविद्यालय, यूके द्वारा संचालित Business English Communication Course के लिये मान्यता प्राप्त की गई | कॉलेज नवीन भवन का निर्माण पूर्ण होने कि ओर अग्रसर है | कॉलेज भवन का एरिया लगभग 47,000 स्कवायर फिट है | इस महाविद्यालय के शिक्षा सचिव राजेश कुमार सोढानी (सीकर वाले) एवं भवन मंत्री श्री महेश चांडक हैं |
सोसायटी द्वारा संचालित माहेश्वरी गर्ल्स हॉस्टल छात्राओं के लिये राजस्थान में ऐसा पहला छात्रावास है, जिसमे 51 ए.सी. एवं नान ए.सी. सुसज्जित कमरे है | जिसमें 100 छात्राओं के रहने की आधुनिकतम सुसज्जित व्यवस्था है | छात्रावास में जिम, पुस्तकालय, स्टेनलेस स्टील रसोई घर, इंडोर एवं आउट डोर गेम्स, विजिटर्स लाबी की व्यवस्था की गई है | छात्रावास का एरिया लगभग 30,000 स्कवायर फिट है |

Presently it has strenth of 303 students and 33 members if staff who are working under the erudite Principal, Dr. Prasant Madan. It is on its Journey towards excellence.
